Privacy policy

What we collect

Your account details (name, email, hashed password), the content you create (boards, tasks, comments, time entries) and basic technical logs needed to run the service. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; we never see them in plain text.

How we use it

To provide Kanbanee: showing your boards to you and the people you invite, sending transactional email (password resets, board invites) and processing subscriptions. We do not sell personal data or use your content for advertising.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only the subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.

Where data lives

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon) and served through Vercel. Transactional email is delivered via Resend.

Your choices

You can edit or delete boards and tasks at any time; deleted tasks purge from the recycle bin after 30 days. To delete your account and its data entirely, email us and we will handle it promptly.
